1st storyfate是以saber的线为故事的主轴，后改编为了动画。2nd storyunlimited blade works（英灵们的大舞台）END Brilliant Years得到了伊利亚心脏的黄金英灵用慎二的身体作为容器，想召唤圣杯。于是士郎、凛、saber前去决战，saber对战assassin，士郎对战英雄王，凛则去救慎二。士郎在一开始几乎被打得倒下，后领悟了Archer的话，施放了固有结界—无限剑制，并最终消灭了英雄王。凛也在Saber和Archer的帮助下将慎二救出。saber使用了宝具消灭了圣杯。Archer理解了士郎，之后在一片光芒之中消失，saber和凛缔结契约，得以留在现世，她决定继续守护凛和士郎。凛之后前去时钟塔深造。士郎作为她的弟子与之同行。迎接他们的是充满阳光的日子。3rd storyHeaven’s Feel士郎解放了无限剑制，秒杀了被黑化得Saber。后士郎完全解放了封印，以生命为代价消灭了世间所有的恶，解救了樱，圣杯战争结束。众人的生活也恢复了正常。樱搬入了士郎家，奢望着士郎的归来。另一方面，身陷世间所有的恶的士郎的身体和灵魂开始崩坏，伊利亚为了救士郎，牺牲自己把士郎的灵魂留在了现界。凛用了空白人偶装了士郎的灵魂。后因为“私自使用第二大魔法”被魔术师协会调查的凛，因祸得福被魔术师宝石翁收为弟子，前去时钟塔深造。Rider因为樱提供魔力留在现世。留学的凛在假期回到了冬木市，迎接她的，是众人的笑容。
